Application Success

I am pleased to inform you that your application for a stall at the Dulwich College Christmas Fair 2014 has been successful. I am sure that you will contribute to making this the best fair ever.

Unfortunately we cannot collect payment at this stage as we need the College to give final approval of our power requirements (see below) so please look out for a further email from us at the start of September in which we will confirm everything again and ask you to submit your payment.

Parking:
Please note that all parking spaces on the College campus are fixed for the day (bumper to bumper) and cars cannot be moved between 9.45 am to 4.15 pm. There will be no parking next to Outside Stalls but, as with all stalls, these stalls have been allocated parking closest to their location where possible.  If you have been allocated a parking space on site you will be sent a location voucher early in November 2014.

Set Up:
Stall Holders will be invited to set up their stalls between 8 am and 9.45 am on Sunday 30th November.  No cars will be allowed to enter the site after 9.45 am.  The Fair will open at 10.30 am and will close at 4 pm.

Power:
The Friends of Dulwich College use the College buildings for our Christmas Fair by kind permission of the school and the Grade 1 listed buildings must be protected at all costs.  As a result, we can only provide power around the perimeters of our rooms where we have existing sockets and we cannot overload our generators.

Unfortunately, therefore, we are not been able to satisfy all power requests and where you require power over and above standard lighting, there may be an extra charge.  We have, however, looked hard at all requests and tried our best to satisfy them where they are critical to the success of the stall.

Please also note that all lighting requests assume standard table lighting and no high powered halogen lights will be allowed.  Furthermore, because of the age and value of our buildings, no naked flames, including tea lights, can be lit.

  • Inside Standard (6ft x 2ft table only) – £100
  • Inside Medium (9ft x 6ft space including a 6ft x 2ft table) – £150
  • Inside Large (12ft x 6ft space including a 6ft x 2ft table) – £200
  • Food Marquee Small (3ft x 2ft table only) – £60
  • Food Marquee Standard (6ft x 2ft table only) – £90
  • Food Marquee Medium ((9ft x 6ft space including a 6ft x 2ft table) – £125
  • Outside Pitch (own Gazebo, max 14ft x 9ft space including a 6ft x 2ft table) – £125
